You don’t have to live with insecurity, fear, and self-sabotage

You CAN untangle yourself from the web of negative beliefs and behaviours

 

But let me be crystal clear: It takes time and commitment to work through emotional issues.

 

The real problem is that the root of our negative beliefs reside in a part of our inner mind called the limbic system. You could say your gremlins are hiding out of sight there.

 

So, even if you have some insight and self-awareness, and even if you think you know what the problem is, there will be a whole part of the puzzle that you just cannot see.

 

Are you prepared to bring your hidden parts to the surface so you can transform and change your negative beliefs for good?

Maybe you are a small business owner or entrepreneur struggling to implement the things you know will move you forward.

 

Do you feel like you keep repeating the same patterns?

Do you procrastinate?

Do you keep vowing to not get stressed about work or be a better, more present parent?

I get it. I understand. You’ve probably spent a long time looking at this stuff. We all have.

 

You’ve spent years meditating, journaling, trying different therapies.

 

And it gets to the point where you just resign yourself to living with the same old patterns.

 

But you don’t have to. There’s one very simple reason why the things you’ve tried so far haven’t worked.

 

You have to know EXACTLY where your negative beliefs came from

 

I hear so many people saying, “I know I’m not good enough and maybe I worked that out a long time ago, but it still doesn’t change. I still feel the same. I keep hitting the same block.”

 

Here’s the thing though: Knowing something intellectually does not change it.

 

You have to know the specifics.

 

“I am not good enough” is too generic.

 

You have to know exactly where that negative belief came from and how it manifests in your life today.

 

You need a way of processing and resolving that belief if you are going to achieve long-lasting change and transformation.

 

It doesn’t matter how long your negative beliefs have been there. The key is getting underneath and finding all the hidden bits that you are not even aware of yet.

 

It’s the hidden parts that are holding you back - and that can set you free.
